STUDENT INFORMATION
*A Special Shout-out to Some Hardworking 6th Grade Students who consistently help with clean up at lunch: Thank you - Luca Currier, Zach Baldwin, Nathaniel Chevry Sankoh, and Fred Chatelain
*Please join us tomorrow, Thursday, April 25th, from 2:30-3:15 in the Lower House Project Room for another meeting of the Galvin Green Earth Team. We would love to have as much help as possible, so please come if you can.
*Attention 7th and 8th graders! The Spring Fling is this Friday, April 26th from 7-9. This is the last dance of the year for 7th graders. Tickets will be sold during lunches TODAY through Friday - $7 at lunches, $10 at the door. Wear whatever is comfortable for you!
*This is a reminder for staff: Pickleball in the Park Tomorrow at 2:30pm!
PARENT INFORMATION
*Review of Dismissal Procedures: If you should need to dismiss your student during the school day, please send your child in with a note, and have them report to the main office. We will log them in our dismissal book and give them a pass. This will help to alleviate disruptions to classrooms during teaching time. You can still email the teachers, however if that is all you do it may not be transferred to the main office. Also, if you just email the main office staff or Administration, due to the volume of traffic in the office in the morning, an email may not be seen right away. Parents/Guardians MUST come to the main office to sign their child out. Students cannot just walk out on their own. Thank you for your understanding.
*A gentle reminder, for the safety of all staff and students, parents should not be exiting through the parking lot after dropping children off coming from North Avenue. Parents need to exit the parking lot onto Armory Street. Thank you for your cooperation.
*Students should not be entering the building before 7 am as there is no supervision. If your child attends jazz band, math club, or has made arrangements to meet a teacher those would be the only exceptions for entering the building early.
